We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations & Timelines

We ship internationally. Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by destination:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days.
  • International: 10-20 business days.

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause additional delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items. We do not offer free shipping at this time. The final shipping fee will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order's journey using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. For any tracking discrepancies or if you do not receive your tracking information, please contact us.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. SoleilLoom is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority. We cannot predict or control these charges.
