Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact and attached.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.
  • Any item not in its original condition.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day window.

  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please initiate a return for a refund as described above and place a new order on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund.
